GetHuman-433270: I have tried for over ** min. to either reach an agent or get a call back. Neither has happened. I am trying to pay my bill and I cannot log in ...need to reset password and user name ....I had this happen last week when i tried to pay and now I have received a call talking about a shut off time. Your whole web site is not customer friendly ... or helpful..Dont always have account number with me when trying to pay ...and then am told that my infor is incorrect. No wonder everyone hates NStar ...
