~Robert Brooks: I live on Hastings Street in West Roxbury. We lost our power at *:** AM. A supervisor was there promptly. The crews arrived in what I thought was timely. This otage was caused by the toppling of a huge tree and the lines and poles were all affected. I spoke with several workers and they were all courteous and informative. I want to single out a lineman named Tom. He worked in the bucket for hours. Hec worked as hard as I have anyone work. From the bucket he was lifting lines from several homes.He also inspected the connections to our homes and was very informative about the process. His co workers were also hustling in very trying circumstances.He and the crew are heroes on Hastings Street. Thank you for teir efforts.

~Robert Brooks: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Robert Brooks: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Eversource's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Robert Brooks: For that I would say one out of five.

~Robert Brooks: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Eversource to know who you are.
