~wc: Yes I can. It was afternoon, on November 24th.

~wc: I used the 800-592-2000 number I found for on the GetHuman Eversource customer phone number page I was on: Eversource Customer Service Phone Number

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Eversource customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~wc: NO login in on home page, can't get through to customer service, set up on line account at least two times and it always says it does not exist. Who authorized this merger. They certainly weren't ready for it. I wished there was an alternative. i can't even see my bill on line.

~wc: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~wc: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Eversource's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~wc: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Eversource customers?
~wc: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Eversource to know who you are.
