~Yva Noack Shaw: I have locked myself out of my own Facebook and I've been trying for months to get into it and try to contact Facebook to help me. For I have been having a lot of trouble with Facebook and if I do not get help I will take the proper actions to get help. I had my Facebook for about * years now and I have a lot of stuff from my family to where we bought our new house on that Facebook and I cannot get into it there's no other way I've tried all options the only option I have left is phone support and you guys don't even offer that anymore. Contact me back and help me or I will take legal action.

~Yva Noack Shaw: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Yva Noack Shaw: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Yva Noack Shaw: For that I would say one out of five.

~Yva Noack Shaw: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Facebook to know who you are.
