They set the paymrnt date befor the first of every month and lnow that low income people get there SS and retirement checks after the first and know they will be late so that fairpoint can collect the late charges. They also send bills that are not owed and will cut servive in the middle of the night. They did this to a elderly deasf lady that rely,s on her VP o connect to the outside deaf community and for emergecies. There needs to be a government investigation on their unfair and illegal business practice,s
