~cheloah: Fashion bug does not have a confirmation number when the customer pays online. Therefore when they loose your payment (which you do not find out till next statement). They count your payment as late and report this on your credit report. They did this to me! I have always been on time with my payments on all my accounts and loans and fashion bug does this. So, my warning to you is be careful with them!!! They would not fix THEIR error!
