~"valued customer": I have several complaints about Fashion Bug. First my local Fashion Bug closed without warning to move to another store ** minutes away. Even the workers did not know until the day it occured. When I did decide to shop there, a necklace I bought broke. I took it back, and the replacement broke too! Also, I was shown no empathy when I contacted the credit card department. My payment was * days late (on a less than $**) balance and was given a $**.** late fee. I was late b*c I usually make my payments in the store. My sister passed away suddenly and I forgot to take my payment in. What kind of company is this? I will pay off my card and never shop there again.
