~Catlen: CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HH GREGG Appliance stores: Have been approved for rebate since Nov. **th and have called customer service at *** and local Asheville store and promised rebate by email by Dec. **nd. On Monday Jan. *th customer service recorded messages said high volume call back....throughout the day. Now Jan *th.still no rebate.*I just sat on phone for ** minutes to get a live customer service clerk. I finally got it out of her.....they have cancelled ALL e-rebates and are now mailing gift cards which I should receive in ** to ** days. SO....there was a problem with rebate center.....YES....on everyones rebates....YES and they just figured it out....YES and it will be mailed when.....today. *Customer service is a RARE service these days! *Been waiting since November and they have claimed * times it was sent...now admit a problem! Long wait and still waiting......
