GetHuman-sprice: The worst Company and warranty I have ever dealt with!
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/25/17?
GetHuman-sprice: I have been attempting to schedule a repair on a dryer since last week, August **th. I have received * appointments and none of them is actually a valid appointment. I have taken off a full day of work on August **th and no one came as scheduled for the repair. I have called at least ** times trying to resolve the issue, and have been promised by at least ** people that someone would call me back either that day or within ** hours and I have yet to hear from any one. This is the poorest customer service I have experienced in my life. I have purchased a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and washer and dryer from hhgregg andnd now I can not get a repair scheduled even though I have the PREMIUM PROTECTION plan. What is a customer*consumer suppose to do? Everyone has lied to me about appointments, and about returning phone calls. I will NEVER purchase an LG appliance, nor an extended warranty from hhgregg again! If I could give a -** I would!
