GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's H&R Block customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-307563: After * visits to the Essex Green, NJ, branch of H&R Block, * calls to the IRS(made by me not H&R Block) and a letter from the IRS( I owe more money) I am still in limbo.*DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR TAXES!!!*RUN, DO NOT WALK, to the nearest accountant!*When a problem arises and you call the Customer Service number (and you repeat your story for the *th time) no one gets back to you.*You can't call the office because no one is there to answer your call after April **.*This is the WORST service I have ever experienced!!!*To add insult to injury, I paid $*** plus a $** "peace of mind" fee, for this miserable service!!*The worst level of negligence that I have ever experienced.*H&R Block, you exemplify the word "incompetent"!!!!

GetHuman: And what about H&R Block's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-307563: For that I would say two out of five.

GetHuman-307563: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for H&R Block to know who you are.
