~tired of this crap: Tried and Tried to get ahold of someone, this company is pathetic, kept transferring me to someone that didn't even know how to speak english. I had a credit card with them * years filed a chapter ** and it was included but they refuse to update my credit history. they ****.

~tired of this crap: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~tired of this crap: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HSBC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?

~tired of this crap: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HSBC to know who you are.
