~Pissed Customer #8million: contacted harbor freight, every option on the phone was routed to "if you need assistance, email us at *****@***.com" and when i hit * to go to an actual person, the music plays for about *-* minutes followed up by "we are having system difficulties and cannot process your call, please try again later" I mean this is such a shoddy store and they have lost my business!
