~sfarkas: On ****** I had a last minute cancellation, of a court mediation being cancelled, due to settlement. As I was flying from E Coast to W Coast, it was good news except the last minute nature meant I would be charged for the Hotel room. The HHonors agent (Caryn) was extremely helpful and took the time to call the effected hotel and arrange for a NC cancellation. She gave me my conf ********* and was so helpful, I will make sure to stick with Hilton only for my future business travel!

~sfarkas: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
