GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/30/17?
GetHuman-dargon: Hello, I just looked at my statement and a large purchase made about a year and a half was set to ** months financing. It was promised to me that such a large purchase would be set to ** months. I spoke to the associate and finance company that this would be the case. I just recently got my account unlocked and noticed that it was set to ** months which is not what i was told. If the deferred interest is added it will create a financial hardship for me. I hope we can get this resolved
