~frankiemo: Made a reservation for Ocean City MD in October, and was told about a hotel with good ratings and was promised an ocean view i reviewed the hotel online and it turned out to be a dump.but I was sacrificing the room location (Ocean View) for all the negative reviews*They did not send me a confirmation email as promised ( they knew that I would not agree to their switch..I called and finally was sent an email that said (Street View room).I was furious with this deception and fraud and asked for a full refund after making me wait for ** minutes she came back and said OK I will process your refund now and will receive a credit within **-** hours .* days passed and NOTHING I call again I was told OHH sorry I will process your refund now ..*I am yet waiting to receive my refund ..and will never use Hotels.com*travelnow.com again and I caution anyone reading this from doing so either*Read their reviews online and see the horror stories that
