~Cecilia30: What a joke of a company! I booked a hotel through them in a pinch... I thought i'd get the best price. Boy, was i wrong! What a rip off of a company. I booked online and then i went to research what was around the area, i found the hotel again, clicked and went to rates - the hotels rates were cheaper on thie website. I promptly called Hotels.com, could barely understand the person on the other end (i guess it's not an American friendly employer), and was told that they couldn't "price match". I will never use this scam of a company again. I thought they stood behind their prices....
