GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Ikea customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~harrie: Held for a total of ** minutes and gave up. Used the "call me" feature and got a call back in ** minutes. (Yay, call-me thingy!) Jason at IKEA was helpful, but had to put me on hold a couple of times for about ** additional minutes (over a **-minute phone call, to be fair). Overall service not too horrible once you get a person.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Ikea. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Ikea problem?

GetHuman: And what about Ikea's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~harrie: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Ikea customers?
~harrie: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Ikea to know who you are.
