~abissmal service: I have had my Jeep being repaired and re-repaired becuase JEEP released the **** Cherokee with faulty transmissions and refuse to ensure proper repair. I have not had use of my jeep for over a month and it only has **,*** miles on it. This is why I buy new. Then they stated they would have a case manager contact me and they have failed to do that twice now also. Abissmal
