~Yelah: My order was never shipped but the label was created for ** items. After being on hold for an hour the CSR requested a credit and asked for my cc* to order the items a second time. * items did not have a label created or any tracking info, so he requested research and advised I call back next week. Over an hour on the phone and I have no product, no money, wasted an hour and still have to call back. Oh and I was hung up on after holding ** mins for a supervisor!

~Yelah: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
