~Happy customer: Service was fast and helpful. I have a life proof case for my galaxy s* and the charging port door broke off. I didn't have an exact date of purchase since it was a gift, no receipt and they are sending me a new case in the mail right away! I have never gotten a warranty claim submitted and approved so quickly! Also the rep was super nice and I was able to understand her perfectly. No weird communication frustrations which is rare and such a relief!
