~RIck Kalika: I received a text today stating that "Someone else might have accessed my Microsoft Account. to Recover it I was to go to "https:**account.live.com" I did and it had me change my password and now my account does not work, Last email I received was at *:** am this morning (I usually receive *** a day (mostly Junk) (Account is over ** years old) *Called MSN around **:**PM on **********The technical support Representation took control of my computer and changed a lot of settings after a half an hour he stated the MSN has a problem and that they would have it resolved in ** hours. They gave me a case number to call back. **I Am Not Happy**This is and expensive service and should not have such problems. Maybe they got hacked) (UGH)**Will see what happens

~RIck Kalika: For that I would say four out of five.

~RIck Kalika: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for MSN to know who you are.
