~Lin: I called and was on hold for over ** minutes. Then when I finally got someone they were so RUDE! They were grilling me about all my information and typing it into a computer. I had signed up already on the web site but the rude person kept telling me it was protocol for them to fill it out all again. IF that is true no wonder everyone is on hold for so long! How can is it that this exchange ever got off the ground with so much incompetence?! Then when I asked to speak to his manager he put me back into the hold line. I am LIVID. How can anyone so horrible be working with the public?! Does anyone know what customer service is any longer? It seems not at least not in the state of Maryland!
