GetHuman-23181: I finally got a rep!! However she's placed me on hold again. They really need to figure something out. To think some ppl im waiting behind are actually completing application. If you are going to have me on hold forever, at least chose softer music. And if i wanted to go online i would, i dont need the constant reminder. On the bright side, the rep was nice. :) Glad its over.
