GetHuman-378588: Worst waiting time, computer was down twice I called back to pick a plan had to call back again and they said I was late for the enrollment but it was them that couldn't help me due to the computer that was down. I beg if someone could call me back because my husband is on many medication and needed refill but without an insurance plan pick out they would not refill it. Health Connector supervisor suppose to call us back in **to ** hrs since Feb.**. We waited and waited no call. Called back again today waited **min. Still the system would not be able to let me pick a plan and my husband is out of his medication. This is an emergency that if he doesn't have his medication the virus would attack his liver anytime. Service is so poorly that someone could lose their lives or be seriously ill or injured due to the poor system that Health Connector is running. I don't know when will this get better or improve in the near future. Right now is the worst.
