~Hidental: I have been trying to reach a representative to get a break down on dental coverage after many attempts and being told it could not be processed, have very limited info on the patient. Just wanted to speak to a rep and it took a very long time. Finally getting contact with a rep they speak to me as if I should know the coverage info. Well if I did I wouldn't be calling now would I. Not helpful at all.
