~Not Happy: I called because my computer would not let me log on. They helped me put my computer in safe mode. They could not fix my problem and three techs later they decided to refer me to higher level of help. They charged me ** dollars and did not fix my problem. I went into safe mode on my own and fixed the problem myself. It was not easy but I was determined to fix or crash it. The really ****. I will never deal with them again

~Not Happy: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Not Happy: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Microsoft - Tech Support's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Not Happy: For that I would say four out of five.
