~Happy Big Sister: My sister was having trouble getting one of her games to start so I called the support number on the game box. At first I was already getting frustrated with the man because I could barely understand him and he could hardly get what my problem was. When he finally transferred me to another number I thought it would be better, and it wasn't. Somehow I got transferred to the Xbox support people who were just as confused as I was that my question was about a PC game and I was on their line. They then transferred me to another PC game help line. I was so frustrated at this point but luckily I received a man named Mitch on the phone. He not only spoke perfect English but also walked me step by step of how to get the game to work. It took almost a whole hour before the game worked again. He then went on to tell me that this wasn't even his department but he felt bad I kept getting transferred so he took the time to help me out. I was so surprised and grateful that there are still goo
