~michaelss570: My Xbox account locked up and wouldn't even let me use a prepaid card I had for Xbox live. It wanted Me to talk to a a rep even though I already paid for the card. So then at * at night I waited for * hours just to talk to a rep that COULDN'T HELP ME. I had to create a new account. This is the last purchase I ever make to Microsoft. Horrible company. Better off just jumping off a bridge.
