GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/19/17?
GetHuman-fmitche: Would really give a negative ** rating. Useless tech support. Spent two days on phone and letting them remotely use computer. If you want a run around and idiots call Microsoft! Told me to call back and tell someone else three times. This is the last time I buy Microsoft. Problem still not addressed. No complaint department!
