~Now on Xanax: Was on the phone for ** minutes. Trying to find out how to find out Office Product Key in order to switch out PC's. In the end was told that they cannot help me and I'll have to purchase an additional Office Product to obtain a new product key. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
