~Eking: Where to start! Twice in the last month ive had problems with my email accounts. One was hacked for reasons i don't know, but for some reason it took numerous attempts talking with their live support to get my account unlocked and returned to me. THis was over a period of * weeks which is a long time considering its linked to sensitive information. *And when i asked about problems with my sent box. the first response i get is 'is your account a paid account'. Well your in for a **** storm if you don't give them money to help, seems they don't make enough already. I strongly recommend that you do not use any Microsoft created mailing services as the support they give is minimal.
