GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-breeizam: Ordered a netspend card through TurboTax, waited * weeks, called Netspend and was told they would expedite a card, then received an email saying the new card would aerive in ** days. Don't have card number to enter when calling or to make an online account so cany access any customer service reps.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Netspend. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Netspend problem?
GetHuman-breeizam: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-breeizam: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Netspend's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-breeizam: For that I would say three out of five.
