~qupoly@earthlink.net: Nutrisystems has become a scam. When you place your initial order you are put on a list for further orders. Must take at least two. I always only got one in the past. Charge **.** cancelation. I will NEVER recommend or order from nutrisystems again. What a lossing company.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting NutriSystem. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a NutriSystem problem?

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~qupoly@earthlink.net: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about NutriSystem's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~qupoly@earthlink.net: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other NutriSystem customers?
~qupoly@earthlink.net: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for NutriSystem to know who you are.
