~Barbara: Snellville, Ga Hwy **. I received an e-mail from O'Charleys,that on **** we could order Prime Rib. The waiter knew nothing about it and said it was only served on the week-ends. We ordered salads and one small sirloin steak. Waited over ** minutes just to get our order. It shouldn't take * hours just to go out to eat. This happened * weeks previous to this visit and waited just as long. All the manager could say was that they were short handed and said he was sorry. I will never visit this store again and don't know why we gave it a *nd chance.*He did give us a discount of **%, but you know, that was being offered to all customers who had the coupon. We have some friends that say they will not visit this store again. Thanks, Barbara
