~Anonymous: I have always had great experience with this company. Everything has always gone smoothly. Of course I don't wait until the last minute to place orders. I take responsibility for making sure I'm doing my part. Seems there are a lot of complaints here from people who don't want to take responsibility for themselves and blame others. All insurance plans allow maintenance meds to be ordered * weeks ahead of time. Why are you waiting until the last minute and expecting to have everyone drop everything just for your order?

~Anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about OptumRx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say two out of five.
