GetHuman-211992: This persobn kept taling over the top of me and telling me I am getting fantastic download speed but I am not. I want the problem rectified. I told him how slow my internet is in all aspects expecially in going from one site to another and he asked me am I looking at Australian or international sites. How ridiculous. He told me a wire connection is much faster than a wireless connection and he wanted to test it. Why??? I am paying for a high speed wirelss internet service that I am not getting. In the end I told him he was no help to me at all and hung up problem not solved. Optus you are HOPELESS!!!! and then on top of that your stupid code words below are so hard to decipher it is ridiculous!!
