GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/20/17?
GetHuman-cedarla: I am a new customer with PPL, and if I could choose another power company, I would. They made me jump through so many hoops, and threatened me with having my power cut if I didn't comply with their demands. The supervisor did not answer my questions, just criticized me for asking them.
