~stephanie: PPL overcharged me by $*** on my most recent bill. The statement read "Miscellaneous debit." What does that mean?!!! I tried * times to get through to Billing and was either booted out of the system or routed back into the automated system. I am telling everyone I know by all media means necessary how awful PPL's customer service is!
