GetHuman-184404: After noticing that my bill had been consistently over estimated I called to provide a meter reading over the phone. I was then informed that PSE&G needed to send someone. They only perform this task from *-* Mon-Fri. I asked if they could perform a reading after * or on Weekends I was then told no not possible. I told the person on the phone who was very condescending that if not they would have to accept my reading. They changed their mind & scheduled me for **** and no one showed up.

GetHuman-184404: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-184404: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about PSE&G's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-184404: For that I would say five out of five.
