~Amyb: I called the *** number above, I pressed * for SALES. This guy helping appeared to be very confused on why they were assigning me a new RMA, when I alrady had one. He says he needed to check something, I am now on hold. Ok, he finally got back to me. He tells me that he talked to the supervisor and they issued my credit and I should receive it in *-* days. So....we will see. His name Rick at ext ***. Good luck. The guy was very helpful, but I will not order from the again.
