GetHuman-369383: I called about the request I received for documentation on an expenditure I had on my debit card. The explained IRS regulations and after a visit with my benefits department, I learned that my employer is the one who dictates what Documentation Payflex should be requesting from it's participants. So don't blame Payflex - BLAME YOUR EMPLOYER!
