~Stephanie : I just got off the phone with the customer service dept. where I spoke with manager*Karen who refused to accept my info. I faxed to them in reguards to a doctor's visit dated Feb. of ****. The manager stated that the info I sent was not the proper info,but the paperwork came from my doctor's office that I asked them to mail to me so I could fax to payflex. Everything payflex was requesting was on the paperwork,but Karen stated I needed to drive to my doctor's office which is about ** miles away from my home on my only day off to get info that I had received from my doctor's office by mail. Manager:Karen refused to let me speak to someone over her, she said she could take my number and someone would come me back in ** hours,but no call back today. I told her that I would be at my job at this time tomorrow until *pm and my job in ** miles from my home. I feel that manager*Karen wasn't trying to help me in no way at all everything she stated was inconvenicing me even more. I felt that I d
