GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/01/17?
GetHuman43080: I walked in the pottery barn store in Huntington last Sunday. First and foremost, there wasn't anyone to even say welcome to pottery barn and greet us. Our experience grew even worse when I kindly asked the store manager Christine if she or someone else would be able to help me. She rudely kept on ignoring me and kept on walking and I said excuse me three times then she finally turned around with an attitude said I am with a customer. Instead of being polite, she was disgraceful to pottery barn as a manager with nasty people skills. We have ordered online before and this was our first trip to the store. I am so disgusted at my experience at this store that I will not be purchasing anything from this company. I was horrified to learn that she was the manager when I wanted to complain to the manager about that employee. We still purchase our anywhere chair because it was for my grandson. If it wasn't for him I would have just walked out. How can we resolve this matter?
