GetHuman-178701: Business plans changed unexpectedly after we had made flight, hotel, rental car & parking reservations. Priceline changed the flight reservations (for a fee)however were very unwilling to change the hotel, car and parking reservations, because of company policy. Total additional cost to THEIR CUSTOMER? Over $***.** in fees, rescheduling the hotel, car and parking. This company is obviously not concerned about their customer. We will never use this company again

GetHuman-178701: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Priceline's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-178701: For that I would say four out of five.
