GetHuman-277714: Problems with EZair, Princess Customer Service POOR - Phone calls to reps gave inconsistent responses. I asked for supervisor & told she was not available. One rep promised EZair would call airline to fix problem* another rep said EZair canNOT contact airline to fix error. Transferred to KIM in Customer Care (last call ** min) - "said" that EZAir had called airline was on hold, problem was solved, she would email me "within the hour" to confirm correction made ... STILL WAITING. AWFUL SERVICE. Will not use EZAIR EVER AGAIN. This will be our *rd (last?)princess cruise.
