~dissatisfied customer: Progress online log-in suddenly stopped working. Said it was 'sporadic problems' for over * weeks. Claimed fixed. However log in's will no longer work unless you use Internet Explorer. Duke did not inform online customers via email, notice on longin on server, or message on phone recording. Had to hold over ** min to find out and another ** on phone to solve. They have no idea when issue will be resolved, or if it will be.
