GetHuman-318954: Progress cut off my power two weeks before the due date on the bill they sent me. Then they make me pay the amount plus a ** dollar fee. I told them the due date is the **th and they said prove it. I was at work and did not have the bill. I got home and the date is as stated, Past Due ont the *oth. DOGS!
