~Kimberly: I called * wednesdays ago to have my service cut off because I lost my apartment. The apartment owner called me Saturday, * weeks later to inform me that my service was still on. I supposedely got my service terminated on the day I left the premises. I did the termination of service through the automated machine over the phone, so there has to proof of it. It stated that my service was scheduled to be shut down the next day. I never thought to go back to the apartment and check, I just assummed it was cut off.

~Kimberly: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
