~Unsatisfied Customer: Porting cdma to gsm with my own phone. The first time was ** minutes. The second time ** minutes. Balance on my account was transferred. Then after being on hold with a rep I was asked to try to make a phone call on my ptel phone. I did and the call was disconnected by ptel because it was now after their end of day. Bottom line it's a huge problem with MANAGEMENT. I don't think they care about their customers.
