~bug: A Purolator driver picking up verbally told me they did not charge for declared value on shipments. I signed a blank (zero) declared value box, then he told me they would not charge if I wanted to claim it and wrote $**** on "his" paper work not mine. A few weeks later I got $*** bill for claiming something I thought was free because a "Purolator employee" told me so. I was only using Purolator because of the postal strike. When I called customer service they told me I have to write a letter, fax it, basically jump through hoops to reverse it and it is a "he said, she said" situation, too bad kind of response. Poor customer service, wow!!! Just so you all know. And called back was put on hold for * hour and ** mins to be sent to a bloody voice mail!!!!!!!

~bug: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~bug: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~bug: For that I would say one out of five.
